SyncFPV Studio is made by Big Sky FPV in Orange, California. This page explains what we collect when you visit this site, try the app or buy a license, and what we do with it. Questions go to support@syncfpvstudio.com.
Your footage stays on your computer
SyncFPV Studio processes your video and audio on your own computer. The app does not upload your footage, your audio or your exports to us.
What we collect
- When you buy a license: your name and email address, and the order details Stripe sends us. Stripe handles your card. We never see or store your full card number.
- When you activate the app: your license key, an identifier for each computer it is activated on, and the app version. This lets one license run on two computers and lets the app know when an update is ready.
- When you email us: whatever you choose to send, so we can answer you.
- On this website: no advertising or tracking cookies and no analytics scripts. Our host keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and pages requested, for security.
How we use it
We use this information to deliver your license key, check activations, send you updates about the app you bought, answer support requests and keep our records for taxes. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Who else handles it
Stripe processes payments. Hostinger hosts this website and our license server. ImprovMX forwards our email and Gmail stores it. Each handles your information only to provide its service to us.
How long we keep it
We keep purchase and license records for as long as your license is active and as long as tax law requires after that. You can ask us to delete anything we are not required to keep.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it by writing to support@syncfpvstudio.com. California residents have these rights under the CCPA, and we honor them for everyone. You can unsubscribe from update emails with the link in any of them.
Children
SyncFPV Studio is a professional tool and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Big changes will also go out by email to license holders.
