These terms cover the SyncFPV app (the free version and SyncFPV Studio) and this website. The app is made by Big Sky FPV in Orange, California. By downloading, using or buying the app, you agree to them.

The free version

SyncFPV is free to download and use, including for paid work. Studio features are shown in the app but stay locked until you buy a Studio license.

Your Studio license

• SyncFPV Studio is a one time purchase of $99. There is no subscription.
• A license lets one person or company use SyncFPV Studio on up to two computers at a time, such as a festival laptop and an edit bay.
• You can move a license to a new computer whenever you replace one. Write to support if you need an activation reset.
• Every 3.x update is included. A future major version may be sold separately, and your 3.x license keeps working either way.

What you may not do

Do not share or resell your license key, get around the activation limit, or copy, modify, decompile or reverse engineer the app, except where the law allows it regardless of these terms.

Your work is yours

You own your footage, audio and everything you export. We claim no rights to it.

Other companies' products

GoPro, DJI and the camera and drone names on this site are trademarks of their owners. SyncFPV Studio works with their files but is not made, sponsored or endorsed by them.

No warranty

We test SyncFPV Studio on real shows and work hard to keep it reliable, but it is provided as is. Keep your original card copies until your delivery is done. We are not responsible for lost footage, missed deadlines or other indirect losses.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about SyncFPV Studio is limited to the amount you paid for your license.

Ending the license

You can stop using the app at any time. If you break these terms, we may deactivate your license key.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of California. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Orange County, California.
